These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and mz777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the mz777 website, mobile interfaces, applications and all associated gaming and betting services (collectively, "the Services").

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. mz777 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all information provided at any time. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, forfeiture of any associated balances and permanent closure of the Account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. mz777 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any unsolicited communication.

You must notify mz777 customer support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation. mz777 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain appropriate security of your login credentials.

We strongly recommend that you enable any available two-factor authentication (2FA) options on your Account. Use of a strong, unique password and a secure, private device for accessing the platform is advised at all times.

All funds deposited into your mz777 Account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own legal name. You must not use payment methods belonging to, or controlled by, any third party.

Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, recovery of any winnings obtained through prohibited conduct, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering or operating more than one Account for the same individual.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration, identity or payment information.
• Using the platform if you are a minor, a prohibited jurisdiction resident, or an excluded or self-excluded player.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using automated betting software, bots, AI tools or any software designed to circumvent the platform's normal operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mz777 expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

mz777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including losses resulting from:

• Temporary or prolonged unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure or circumstances beyond our control.
• Errors, omissions or inaccuracies in odds, game displays or account balances resulting from technical malfunctions.
• Unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Changes to the Services, termination of specific products, or amendment of these Terms.
• Any loss of wagered funds, which are inherently at risk as a condition of gambling activity.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, mz777's total liability to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

Pakistani users specifically acknowledge and agree to the following:
